Returns
Every Cült Disney piece is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed or kept in a warehouse — when you place an order, your shirt is printed specifically for you. This keeps the collection limited and waste low, but it also means returns work differently than they would at a normal retailer.
No returns or exchanges for size or fit
Because each item is printed individually for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, fit, or change of mind. A made-to-order shirt can't be restocked or resold. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Defects and wrong items
We stand behind our printing. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (misprint, flawed material, printing error) or you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Reach us through the contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — or simply reply to your order confirmation email. We'll arrange a reprint or refund.
Cancellations
Because production begins very soon after you order, the window to cancel is short. If you need to cancel, reach us immediately through the contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email — if your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll cancel and refund it. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
